Gluten Free Bread

  • Warm Water 300ml
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Oil 65ml
  • Salt 1½ tsp
  • Egg Whites 75g (3 nos.)
  • Caster Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Rice Flour 145g
  • Tapioca Starch 90g
  • Potato Starch 60g
  • Almond Flour 60g
  • Ground Flaxseed 25g
  • Xanthan Gum 2½ tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Instant Yeast 2 tsp


  1. Place all ingredients into the La gourmet Bread Maker inner pot with the mixing palette attached.
  2. Star by adding in water, and lastly, yeast.
  3. Press the “Menu” button until the LED screen displays 8, 3:00, which indicates Rice Bread function.
  4. Press the “weight” button and slect “1.5LB”, then “Color” to determine the colour of the bread curst. Pick between Low, Med or High.
  5. Lastly, press the “On/Off” button to start the function.
  6. Leave machine and allow it to knead and bake the bread.
  7. After it is done, machine will beep 5 times to indicate that the baking process is complete, and it is switching to :Keep Warm” function for 1 hour.
  8. To remove bread immediately, press the “On/Off” button for 5 seconds to cancel the mode. Unplug machine and remove the inner pot. Make sure to wear oven gloves/mitts.
  9. Gently invert inner pot and give it a few gentle shakes to slide the bread out.
  10. Allow to cool completely on a cooking rack before slicing or storing.
