INGREDIENTS
- Warm water 130ml
- Egg 60g
- Unsalted Butter (softened) 40 g
- Salt 1½ tsp
- Black Raisins 40g
- Golden Sultanas 40g
- Caster Sugar 30g
- Milk Power 20g
- High Protein Flour/Bread Flour 360g
- Instant Yeast 2 tsp
Method
- Place all ingredients into the La gourmet Bread Maker inner pot with the mixing palette attached.
- Start by adding in water, and lastly, yeast. You can also choose to add in the dried fruits later in the process.
- Press the “Menu” button until the LED screen displays 2, 3:45, which indicates sweet function.
- Press the ” Weight” button and select “1.5LD”, then “Color” to determine the color of the bread crust. Pick between Low, Med or High.
- Lastly, press the “On/Off” button to start the function.
- Leave machine and allow it to knead and bake the bread.
- After it is done, machine will beep for 5 times to indicate that the baking process is complete, and it is switching to “Keep Warm” function for 1 hour.
- To remove bread immediately, press “On/Off” button for 5 seconds to cancel the mode. Unplug machine and remove the inner pot. Make sure to wear oven gloves/mitts.
- Gently invert inner pot and give it a few gentle shakes to slide the bread out.
- Allow to cool completely on a cooking rack before slicing or storing.
